Can’t call or text of PAYG, definitely NOT in hibernation

I missed a payment on my PAYG subscription last month so manually topped up £10. The credit is showing but I still can’t make outgoing calls or use data and can’t see anything helpful on the app or website. Please help! Really don’t have tenners to waste at the moment
