I brought a sim pack but I wanted to upgrade to the bigger 50gb (125gb) with the free boost for 6 months. Is this possible? And can it be done in the app? It doesn't look like it has the boasts included when I select to change my £10 pack

@Willowbrae : You can't do that on an existing PAYG SIM. It's aa promotional offer when you buy a new EE PAYG SIM.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Hi @Willowbrae I'd love to see what deals we can get for you as an existing Pay As You Go customer, so I'd recommend giving one of our sales guides a call, and they can take you through some options and find the right match for you.
To speak to a sales guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone, then select options 1, 4 then 3. You can find a link to our contact us page here
