@Jdm_10  no one will investigate this from here. This is a public forum not customer services.      Are you using PACKS ?  If you are have you chosen your pack ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B  its a prepaid number. i no longer have a monthly plan. I receive a message from EE but can't call. that's weird. Am currently abroad. do you have an email address to who I can send my concern, please?

@Jdm_10

 Did you use that sim in the uk as a pre pay sim before you left the UK ?

   And when  did you last use that SIM card ?

  There is no email address for customer service as emails are too slow for customer issues.

Eh? You can't make calls from a mobile router anyway.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

@Jdm_10 : When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

So this wasn't mobile BB!
