Dear EE customer support, I am currently unable to receive messages, verification code etc.
I have previously been able to receive messages without issue, but the issue started a few days ago

If you have to top-up you are on PAYG. Did you convert to PAYG from contract before you left UK?
When did you last make a chargeable action on ii?
Receiving texts is free worldwide.

Are you on contract or PAYG?
Where are you?
Have you recently ported your no. to EE?
& whatever other relevant facts I couldn't possibly 2nd-guess?

In addition... can you receive person-to-person texts, and it's just automated ones that aren't arriving? Or are you just not receiving SMS at all?
All of the other questions in the previous post are relevant for advising.

I don't think I'm on any.
I'm in Nigeria currently, and I've been receiving SMS with it before I was unable to receive anymore.
This started a few days ago.

If you send a text to yourself, do you receive it?
Try manually connecting to each local network in Nigeria, see if the symptoms are the same - eliminate an issue with the specific roaming operator.
