For the past few days, I’ve been unable to top up my phone. For some reason it’s telling me to link my product id by asking for my number and I’ve done that but then it says “error try again”. Anyone know how to fix this?

The steps that @XRaySpeX has given above are great for helping you to get the SIM topped up.
If you continue to see the error when trying to link your product ID, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call and they can help to get it linked correctly so you have it working in future.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
