@Ohenetwo : You don't need data nor any credit to send a text to 150. They are free.

Hi I have bought £10 voucher and tried several times to send the message to 150 to get topped up. But message is sitting in my outbox unsent.

When I try ee freephone number, i get recorded message "It looks like you dont have enough credit to make this call. You'l need to topup first"

But I'm only calling to top up!

Can you help?

Good afternoon @julian307, thanks for getting in touch via the Community 😊

What number is it you're calling here?

If you ring 150 without any credit, it should redirect you to the option to top-up, and you can follow the instructions from there to redeem your voucher.

Peter

Hi, I am asking the question which is exactly the same as Julian, please see above, & getting the exact same response from 150. So I can’t use it!  Please advise. Thank you

Hi Julian, did you manage to resolves your problem as I can’t use my voucher either! My 150 responses are the same as yours too. Thank you

Hi @Helynda19814

Can you try switching your phone off for a few minutes and back on, then try again?

If you have a voucher code, you can Text 150 with VO,  then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number, for example, VO 1234567891234567.

Alternatively, you can top up online using our fast top-up page  Top Up | Payg | EE

Have a look at our Top up your pay as you go mobile page for more information.

@Helynda19814 : Trusing Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
