On the 19/03 I topped up my Pack with £15 to roll it over. Got the confirmation through the mobile. Today I tried sending a text message (it would not go through) after checking around I have discovered that my credit is at £0. So the top-up has not been added. I top up through vouchers bought in shops. I have never encountered this problem (or any before).
The 150 reply was '....balance at £0.00. You have unlimited minutes, etc. remaining until 23/04 for your £15 Pack.

Of course your credit is £0. You bought the £15 pack with the £15 you topped-up with, so depleting your credit.
Your text probably was not sent cuz your phone converted it to an MMS (Picture Msg) as it may have had smileys or emojis in it (or some other non-text reason). MMS are chargeable & you have no credit to pay for it.

I don't understand. I have always bought £15 vouchers in shops to roll over my £15 Pack each month. My credit always stays at £15. Today I cannot make text or phone calls as 150 says I have no credit. How do I rectify this?

Impossible! When you buy a £15 pack you spend £15 of your credit that you topped-up with vouchers. So your credit decreases by £15.
It's just like going to the shops & spending the money in your pocket. It's no longer in your pocket but in the hands of the shopkeeper.
