Phoned 150 to top up my phone using my card, it doesn't get past the card number before it cuts the call off, I try pressing * or a number then it says not a valid card, even though I use it all the time for my top ups. So thought I'd use the ee app downloaded it set it up to top up that way and won't load the page. It's very frustrating. If I try top up in the morning it goes straight through to customer service who then try and get me to have a contract when I say I'm not interested they put the call down then I have to phone back up 3 to 4 times to get the top up line to do it. Any suggestions pleases how to top up now without getting a voucher as its 2.13am and where I am theres not a shop open till 8am Thankyou

@Bailee365 : Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
