I recently had a new number and I phoned EE to update my new number.. so ice topped up thinking I'd get my pack added and it hasn't been added how do I get this added onto my new number?

You should still get your pack even if you had your no. changed.
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

No I haven't received my pack.. I had to buy another pack a different way instead of on the EE log in so all I need to sort out is a refund.
