Top up payment

Claud10

Had several attempts to top up my pay as you go data card that is running on an iPad Pro and every time I go to the banking app to confirm the payment the ee app returns me to the startup page…

I had to give up after four attempts as I can’t keep playing with this, I will use the Wi-Fi from my O2 phone instead.
If ee don’t want my money that’s fine, O2 will have them, same speed different way of doing my business…

Please ee, let us know when you’ve sorted your application out so I can top up my ee sim card…

Trusing Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

The problem isn’t the bank card or the inability to pay but he fact that the app is forgetting the initial position you left when you are confirming the payment to the bank application.

When you return to EE app you will have to start from the beginning and again is required the bank’s application to be opened for confirmation, then again you return to the EE app you must start again and again…

The EE app has a problem that when you leave the app for one minute, it will return you to the begging of the process.

you need to use two different devices to be able to complete a payment, the multitasking process is the problem with this app but the developers are too lazy just to rewrite couple of lines extra.

not good enough!

Yes, I realised that. I was just hoping that by not using the app but an alternative method it would exhibit better behaviour.

I have £40 worth of credit held by ee for data .  I cannot use this data as ee are unable to install/activate it on my iPad. Does anyone have any suggestions to activate this credit top up.

Hi @Doodlebug-1,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Have you installed your pay as you go SIM in your iPad?

Is it a brand new SIM?
