Hi I’ve topped up my account £30 but it hasn’t given me any extra data. What am I not doing right?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

You can purchase a data add-on by visiting add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi, this will show you all the available data add-ons.

@Joya You need to purchase a data bundle if you only require more data.    Credit on your account can not be used for on the fly data usage.  Only calls and text can use credit like that. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Leanne; this worked! I had no idea I had to switch off wifi to access “add data”? Wasn’t that easy though as I had to switch wifi on/off after I entered my ph number to be topped up as the “captcha” picture wouldn’t show; then switch on/off to enter my credit card details;; rather confusing! However, I was able to use the 30£ credit that I’d already paid; whew! Cheers again! 👋
