Pack hasn't started

My pack hasn't started this morning, the website says it will start tomorrow, which makes my 7 day pack start after 8 days. The app says it will start tomorrow on the 1st of February?, Today is the 1st of February. Has your whole system added a non existent day between the end of January and the beginning of February?

Hi, no 150 says it will start tomorrow, and the app still says it will on the 1st February which it still insists is tomorrow. I'll just wait until tomorrow and see what happens. As long as I get 7 days and it doesn't revert to the correct day and only give me 6 days.

Hi. No first time. So my pack has now started, just very strange that a whole day was missed. The SMS says starts today, 2/02/23 and will renew in 7 days 09/02/23. BUT, the app on the other hand has now decided that today is the 2nd of February, and as this pack started as it kept saying on the 1st February, I only have 6 days left. ????
