  • I want to change to pay as you go but it says I am not an account holder?

  • Also when I Try to go on my EE account it doesn’t allow me to access anything 31AA9447-BD51-49D4-BF26-CFBDADA1D3E9.png

  1. You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
  2. Call CS to give 30 days notice of cancellation & move to PAYG.
