Top up packs

Hi I topped up £15 I wanted to do a £15 pack 

my last top up was £10 so the £10 pack has automatically been added to me phone which I didn’t want 

how do I cancel it and add on the £15 instead

You should've texted PACK15 to 150 just after topping up, so that it replaced the £10 pack upon renewal.
