I have the families 4 accounts.

for some reason it likes to default to one number. I updated sons pack to 125gb but it put the change onto OHs account. Have fixed sons and that’s fine but how do I stop the pack changing 20july 25 on OHs and keep it at the 8GB £10 pack as normal.
tried re picking the original one but says I’ve already picked a pack and won’t let me.

dont want to be paying £30 for 125GB as he doesn’t use his 8GB

any ideas ?

You've already bought the £30 pack on your no. by your mistake. All you can do is live with it for the next month & rebuy the £10 pack before it expires.

Thanks. As it wasn’t starting till 20/7 I thought I could cancel/swap back to original.

You can't buy more than 1 pack in advance on top of your current active pack.
