I have a problem with the EE network. After arriving in Poland, I'm not receiving SMS messages from Polish numbers. When I send an SMS from my EE SIM card to a Polish number, it also doesn't go through. However, when I send an SMS to the UK, it works fine, and I received a message sent from the UK as well. Roaming is enabled, and I have £8 credit on my account. What could be the issue? The network I'm automatically connected to is Orange

Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you tried to text more than one Polish number?
Can you call the number from your phone?
Do you have the number saved as a contact?

I can make calls from an English number to Polish numbers; I tried a few and it works fine. The only problem is with SMS messages sent from Polish numbers to my English number.

Yes, it did not change anything, I also put the card into another phone, but it didn't help

I am not receiving any SMS messages from the bank needed to authorize transactions, nor from other numbers

I'd recommend reporting this to our technical care team @adrianrankiewic.
They will be able to look into this further.
