Package renewal

Hi,

I am new user of EE and last month just buy sim alongwith 10£ pay as you go package for the month. It is expired today but i had already topped up 10£ through debit card in account so that it may renewed automatically. But it is not renewed till now and credit  showing still 10£. Please help to get me renewed.
