Today, I got a £10 top up voucher and messaged 150 'VO and the code' it said it was successful but my data hasn't been added.

@J12P12W06 : You've topped-up your credit by the voucher but why & how do you expect that to "top-up" your data?
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
