I managed top up twice but wanted data and not time credit, how can I get this switched to data?

Topping up has nowt to do with data or calls. It's just money! You chose to buy the wrong pack or add-on from your credit.
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

@ATMIke You’ll have to call customer services to see if they can help you. If you use any of that allowance you’ll not be able to.
