Pay as You Go

I've only recently had my Pay as You Go Mobile and am learning how to use it. I topped it with £20.00, but text from ee late December said I had only £ 5.00 credit. I had not phoned or text anyone. I sent a letter and received a phonecall from them and they said I would have it refunded. However today I rang 150 to fine out about packages and was told I had only £ 5.00 again. I had only made two text messages. Can anyone help me? What am I doing wrong?

@CaePawb  Packs last 30 days and for that cost you get a set allowance of data and usually unlimited calls and texts, you need to renew that pack every 30 days.   You can have a normal PAYG where your credit pays for calls/texts and you top up when needed.    To have data you’ll have to purchase a data add on and these last 30 days.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Your credit have probably bought your Pack.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
