Hiya,
I went into an EE store yesterday to get a top up and to load on a £20 pack. When the man helping me texted ‘PACK20’ to 150 and then ‘YES’ it came back with: I'm sorry, we are experiencing some problems and can't add your pack right now, please try again later.
He said it would load on eventually as it says ‘Waiting’ online, but it’s now been a day and I still don’t have a pack. I’ve tried sending the same texts to try again but every time I get that above message. I’m only in the UK for a month visiting from nz, and really need to be able to access data and calls, does anyone know what to do here?

It says:
Your current balance as of today 09:24 is £20.00. Your last top up was £20.00 on 17/05/2024 at 10:14. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to the EE app or ee.co.uk
For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices

You don't have a pack but you still have your £20 credit.
Try texting PACK20 to 150 again.

Thanks, I have done that about 10 times and get the same error message every time. Perhaps I need to go back to the store?

Doubt they'll help. Better calling CS.
How about texting ALL PACKS to 150 & see if you can get it that way?
