Error when trying to top up

I've been trying to top up for the last few days but I'm getting this error: 

Sorry, we cannot proceed entered invalid data.

 
I double check the data and I'm sure they are correct. Tried on a different browser, tried fast top up and tried with a different card (all UK cards) as well but with no joy. Any idea how to solve this?

How long ago did you last top up the account? 

Is the SIM card still working for calls and texts?

Last time was in March through DD. SIM is not working because there is no credit.

You don't pay PAYG by DD. You mean by bank card?

I had DD that I had to cancel, and now I'm trying to just top up but I can't because of that error 🤔

If you give us a call on either 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone and our mobile guides will get this looked into for you.
