Hi all,
I bought my EE card 2 years ago with £15 pack. I have been using this pack since then. Today I was trying to change it to £10 but it didn’t work. First, i was trying to change it from MyEE app but it showed error message. Then, I was trying to change it through text messages by texting PACK £10 but the reply said that they didn’t recognise it. Could you please advise me how to downgrade my subscription pack? Thank you

Can you text ALL PACKS to 150, does the £10 pack show available in the reply?
When was the last time the SIM was used to make a chargeable call, text or the account was topped up?

You have bought an EE SIM Local, usually purchased at airports & suchlike. These are not quite the same as the normal EE PAYG SIM purchased directly from EE. Their packs start from £15. So you can't buy a £10 pack.
