Where did my Payg credit go?.

I know I had set voicemail divert off. On 4 October 2021 was credit balance was £17.86. I haven’t used my phone since. I checked my balance yesterday, 6 February 2022 and my balance is £0.25. The are no uses in the last 30 days but I can’t check anything longer than that. Any idea what could have used my credit if I did it have any active packs?

Could your credit have bought a recurring Pack?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hello @ExpatPR

I can see your last top up was May last year.

Have you been using your SIM for chargeable actions since?

Are you able to receive calls and texts?

Katie.

Yes, you have no active pack in operation.

I can only assume you spent your credit on making calls & texts over the last 4 months or you may have been outside EU receiving calls or voicemails, which are chargeable when outside EU. If this is not the case, you should query this with CS.

@Katie_B : Indeed, May of 2 years ago, 2020, OP must have made chargeable calls & texts during the following year & 5 months to have kept it out of hibernation.

I know the routine to keep my sim active. Had I used the phone for texts or calls I would not be wondering where my credit went. Last time I sent a text to keep the sim active was October. I checked my credit before and after to make sure that , one I had enough credit, and two, I did perform a chargeable action to keep the sim active. Now I was ready to repeat the process and noticed that £17.61 of my credit vanished leaving me with £0.25. I can’t see where my credit went since whatever used up my credit was over 30 days ago.

That leaves receiving calls while outside EU. Did you?
