I recently tried to top-up my EE Sim through Paypal partner Xoom.
My transaction went through and the amount was subtracted from my Paypal balance, however no balance was added to my sim.
Any idea what I should do?

Welcome to the community.
If the payment was made through Xoom, I would recommend speaking to them first of all so they can ensure that the money has been directed correctly.
If they confirm it has, you can then speak to our customer service guides so they can look to do a payment search.
