@End_raw : How did you buy a pack online?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

The first message after inserting sim was:
“Hi from EE. Thanks for buying a £15 pack, it'll come out of your credit as soon as you use your phone. It gives you unlimited calls, texts, and 25GB of data. Please visit ee.co.uk/payg for information on managing your account, or ee.co.uk/paygservice to find out more. We'll send you personalised offers and deals via SMS or email. To opt out, text STOP to 1214.”
Message after sending AL after topup:
“Your current balance as of today 09:06 is £0.00. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to the EE app or ee.co.uk
For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices”

Hi @End_raw
I know you've mentioned adding a £10 pack, and also the message suggests it was a £15 Pack. I am so sorry for any confusion with this!
Have you tried to use your phone? If so, what happens exactly?
If you've topped up successfully and added the Pack you want, please text NOW to 150 and this should start the Pack immediately.

I bought a sim from a store nearby, the cover said £10 pack. And after reached home and opened there was £15 pack written inside the £10 cover.
I topped up £10.
Do i have to buy £15 pack to get started??

Hi @End_raw
It seems like there could be some confusion with this, and that's the last thing we want.
If you contact us directly one of our Guides can make sure you have the right Pack in place, and help you top up successfully.
We can be reached on 150 from an EE mobile, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
