Is it just me or is this website rubbish!!
Everything I try to top up my credit it asks gor additional payer authentication but nothing appears on the page...completely inadequate service!!!

This is your bank request. You can authorise EE to bypass this process but as this is a requirement of your bank it needs authorisation by you.
If you're using a mobile try in landscape mode. Also try scrolling down the page.

@Camper5 : Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
