Refund Pay as you go

I mistakenly top up my old EE number thinking it was my new number. It turns when I checked why this happend it was because the EE app hadn't updated the number to my current one. Moreover, all I'm asking for is a refund.

Hi @Nzari

Welcome to the EE Community

You would need to contact Customer Service team on 150 from your EE handset so the Pay as you go team can transfer your credit for you.

Hi @XRaySpeX.

There are some exceptions when credit can be refunded or transferred, not just on the first top-up. It is always best to get it checked with our guides over the phone who can see whether it is something that can be done.
