@Mariusz0476 when you gave 30 days notice to terminate your contract, did you request to change it to PAYG ?

As it was switched to PAYG while you were abroad you can't now use it until you return to UK. EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad.

the card has been in the UK since January, you can make calls etc, it was topped up for 15f, no package was selected and the money disappeared, strange
