I just joined EE, and purchased a phone subscription pack. I would like to get the payment reimbursed and need the receipt of the payment, which I cant find anywhere. Can someone help me with this?

@Zeyna : There are no bills or receipts with PAYG. If you need a receipt you need to top-up in a shop.

Welcome to the community,
Pay as you go subscriptions are not usually reimbursed, so you will not get a refund, this is a public forum, there is no account access here and so you would have to ring 150 and speak to them, but doubt you will get a refund, not sure if you have just joined, why you need a refund, as you need credit to make calls and send text messages.

She's not looking for a refund but imbursement for expenses through her workplace.

@eirwin nothing we can do nor can EE supply you with a receipt, as has been said, need to top up in a shop and she will get a receipt, EE cannot provide a receipt for pay as you go.
