Hi, I bought the £10 subscription online along with a new pay as you go sim last week, on Sunday I inserted the sim into the phone but the subscription has not yet been activated. If I call 150 it says the subscription is still waiting.
What should I do?
I tried to text NOW on 150 but it said I don't have a pack.
Tried with AL and it returned

Hey @GVD88.
If you don't have another EE phone, it's still possible to get in touch with or customer care team from a different provider.
You can reach them on 07953 966 150, or if that's not an option you can also pop into your local EE store where they can help get you put in touch with someone that can help.

Hi @GVD88.
Welcome to the community.
If you purchased the pack when ordering the SIM, it would usually put that in place within 2 days of the SIM being put into the phone. Have you tried to make a call to another mobile or landline to see if the pack activates?

@GVD88
If your Pack has still not activated at this stage it will be best to call customer service on 150 from any other EE phone or see our Contact Us | Help & Support | EE to call from any other phone, and the team will be able to check and manually working for you
