Hello, I try to buy data pack.

I top-up my account and have sufficient credit.

I text to 150, ALLPACK,

then I decided to buy PACK15,

it ask me to reply YES for confirmation.

I did it but nothing will happened.

What is the problem.

Also I had a welcome package but i can't renew it.
