Hello,
I'm trying to sign up to a subscription pack but "My EE" page just says under Current Pack:
System failure
We are currently experiencing difficulties loading this information, please try again later
Is there anything I can do?

@EmilyNelson : You don't need to use MyEE for this. You could use the Text Service.
Text ALL PACKS to 150 & choose.
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
