When it comes to charge to bill, can i use the credit in my account?

@Mutanthurrah   Any credit on the account will be used before any other payment method.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

everytime i try making a purchase with 5 pound in my credit, it says their is a billing issue

I topped up with a voucher so im not sure but i dont think so

How do i figure out the difference

@Mutanthurrah : If you top-up your credit you are on PAYG. You will need to call CS to allow Charge to Bill on your no.
