Solved: Subscription Pack incorrect order - The EE Community

Why do I have a subscription pack that I never ordered? I’ve been charged the last three months for this and just caught the payments via my direct debit statements. I only ever buy add ons and monthly PAYG as I live and work abroad for much of the time.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You may have setup up a recurring card payment, rather than a one payment last time you purchased a pay as you go pack.

To cancel it, text STOP REC to 150.
