Spend limit reached? Payg

I use my payg credit to buy coins for books and such (when i don't want to add my bank card) now it is saying spend limit reached any time i try to use my credit for any site that has mobile payment. What can i do?

The purchase limits apply to all account types.

Hi @Spaceout,

There is a limit of £40/day and £240/month for spending on your phone bill.

Are you on PAYG as I was under the understanding tha tthis only applied to Pay Monthly customers... I'm sure someone like @Leanne_T or @XRaySpeX  will correct me if so.

I was buying things on my ps5 and charging it to my phone and now it says you've reached ur spending limit for your mobile carrier account what does that mean and can I increase it
