I have tried removing my spend cap as I shouldn’t even have one. I am abroad so unable to now contact anyone but need the map and my phone. I’m am going round in circles logging into the app and following the instructions and getting no where. Please can someone help?

@FitBount26  are you a contract customer?  Spend cap is a contract only option there is no spend cap on PAYG.  If your on contract open the app and click manage then scroll down to spend cap and change it.  But again there is no spend cap on PAYG.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

Welcome to the Community, @FitBount26

Have you tried both the EE app and the browser version of your app when trying to remove this?

You can find more details on the steps to remove your spend cap here:

Set up and manage Spend Cap | Mobile Help | EE

If none of these options work, you can contact a member of our customer care team via the 'message us' option in the Help section of the EE app.

I am going round in circles and definitely leaving EE when I return home.

I want my spend cap removed that should have been removed when I first
signed up. I am abroad and not able to use what I have paid for. I now need
to use my allowance and yet still the spend cap is there, I keep going
round in circles as no code is coming through and I sign in multiple times
to have no one help me.

Please help me as I need my phone whilst I am away.

Thanks for sharing those extra details, @FitBount26

Have you managed to successfully connect to a roaming network since you arrived, or are you completely without any connection full stop?

If you're in the EU, contacting our customer care team on +44 7953 966 250 is free, so shouldn't be hit by the spend cap provided you have a network connection.

It's possible to call this number from another provider if needs be, too.
