Hi I would like to remove my spend cap so I can use my phone credit

Welcome to the community.

The easiest way to remove the spend cap from your plan is to text SPEND CAP to 150 from your phone. This would only work on a pay monthly contract phone.

There is no spend cap facility on a pay as you go SIM.

There is no Spend Cap on PAYG. You may top up as much as you want.

THERE IS NO SPEND CAP ON PAYG.

Spend cap a a feature of being a contract customer.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
