Welcome to the community.
The easiest way to remove the spend cap from your plan is to text SPEND CAP to 150 from your phone. This would only work on a pay monthly contract phone.
There is no spend cap facility on a pay as you go SIM.
Please see How do I set up and manage Spend Cap for my mobile for more ways to change and remove the spend cap, and see what is and is not covered.

Hey there @AngelinaSwanson, welcome to the EE Community 😊
If you're in the UK at the moment, you can send a text with SPEND CAP to 150 and follow the instructions in the reply, or also do this through your account as described in the page @Michael_D shared.
Once this is complete, you'll just need to make sure your international calls are enabled too.
To do this, send ROAM to 150, and make sure to select the option for worldwide.

@Leo1979 : You don't have a Spend Cap when you are on PAYG. You may always use your PAYG credit.

Hi @Mandymu1,
Welcome to the EE Community
Are you looking to add a spend cap back on your number?
If so you can do this in the EE app by selecting Manage then Set a spend cap. You can also do it via the website or via text. Full details can be found on our help page here Set up and manage Spend Cap | Mobile Help | EE
