I bought EE yesterday and top up the 10 pounds pack which was confirmed through 150 texts as well as the packaging from EE it explains that when I top up the balance will come out as 0 pound but my pack will still remain for another 30 days but then I cannot activate it I have tried everything, texting 150 to activate until asking for help to check in my remaining data but still I got no answer so please can you help me I cannot find the nearest EE store here like how can I activate it cause I tried everything and it still doesn't do anything, should I top up for another 10 pounds or is there any explanation
