Hi I have landed in Cyprus on a pay as you go sim,
it’s currently not letting me pick if I want the 7days for £10 or the 2.5 a day option ? And it’s not giving me any data etc

Do you have coverage of a local network displayed? Did you receive a welcome text message on arrival?
Did you use that SIM in the UK before travelling?
