Absolutely disgusting that as a pay as you go customer I have tried several times and am unable to use my add on pack in France.
I also have a constant issue with it when I come back to the UK from working abroad. I think I'll be getting a different pay as you go with someone else if they don't fix all this! It's disgraceful.
