Hi, i need to use data in Sweden for 2 days.Have bought 10£ subscribtion pack, turned roaming on, connected to operator but there's no internet, 5£ has left for roaming charges but hasn't been taken. What am I supossed to do?

top-up history on my account is empty for some reason but last of them had to be in January i think. Or maybe December? Anyway, everything says it's been deactivated. Is there a chance to get it back ,working, without visiting UK?
