Hello everyone, Hope someone can help with the following as I cant find any info, or I'm blind.
I have just arrived on the isle of man for a 2 week holiday. Problem is my data isnt working now, I just cant connect to anything. I was here about 6 months ago and everything worked fine, but now no connection! I have roaming turned on and all settings are good but no connection. Any help on this I really would appreciate soon as possible??.
Thank you in advance
Mike

@justmikeiom : For PAYG there are now roaming charges for using your pack allowances in the EU of either £2.50 / day, by texting ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by texting ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. If you opt to text neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & need to buy a small add-on for data.
Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?

@justmikeiom have you tried just restarting the device? Have you tried a manual network search?

@justmikeiom : Are you on contract or PAYG? I suspect PAYG as roaming charges were introduced for roaming in EU on PAYG during June, whereas it was free before.
