Hello,
I’ve had a pay as you go sim for probably over a decade now. The convenience part of it was not having to renew it every month if I was travelling. I recently have taken 9 months to travel Asia and South America and when I have put in £15 to my sim as I always do my £15 plan has not renewed. I also had accumulated 22.5GB of bonus data over my years as a customer which I would expected to renew with the plan. Who do I contact about restarting my plan? I’ve attached a screenshot showing the text I would previously have received after topping up.

Hi @smithd01
You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
When was the last time you made a chargeable call or text.
Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for that advice, I am currently still abroad and wont be back in the UK for three weeks so might just exceed the maximum time limit. When i call 150 off my EE sim it doesn't go through. Is there anyone i could email or similarly contact to ensure my number and plan are not permanently removed?

@smithd01 , you will have to ring customer service using the full number, no one here can do this for you, you will have to do it yourself, there is no email address to contact customer service. Use the numbers in my signature, that should get you through.

You haven't exceeded any maximum time limit. You have been topping-up £15 each month while away. That is sufficient to keep your SIM active & out of hibernation.
When you get back to to UK rebuy the pack you want by texting PLAN15 to 150. That will not only start it up again but will allow it to auto renew when it expires.
