Renew my pack

Hi,

Is there a way to renew my pack without calling the customer service and waste their valuable time? This option used to be available via text some time ago.

I don't mind calling them for this, but they are not open at 23:00.

Help, please! 🤠

@Vbb42 : Your pack should auto renew when the current pack runs out or expires providing you have enough PAYG credit to pay for it or if you don't it'll renew when you have topped up enough.

If you want the pack to start again before the current pack expires you need to buy it again by texting its code to 150 & then text NOW to 150 to start it immediately to replace the current pack.

Which pack do you have?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

The pack does not automatically renew if I run out of data. It only renews once a week. I have the 1 pound pack but I have a lot of boost which give me about 2gb every time I renew it so I am happy. These boosts are the reason I bought this sim card many years ago.

The texting thing used to work years ago but no longer, if you could tell me what to text to 150 I will but I highly doubt it will work as one of the guys at we customer care told me that the only way to renew the pack before it weekly renews is to call them.

If there is no way to do this without calling them I'm just gonna swap providers as I o ly joined ee due to the fact that I really like stacking boosts.

Thank you!

Ah, you have a legacy pre-2021 pack. You can't make those start early. You have to let them expire or get completely exhausted before they will auto renew. Running out of data while still having mins. of texts left isn't exhausted.
