Refund

Hello, yesterday I paid a subscription pack of £20 for 50 GB. But I'm currently in Senegal and I realized that this pack doesn't work outside the UK. When I paid for the pack, it was specified that I could have a refund before 14 days, but I can't find in my account where to request the refund. can you help me please? thank you

@Chanellejoy it was specified you could get a refund,  where did you get that information from ? 

PAYG top ups are none refundable. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can only get a refund on an unused SIM within 14 days of it being bought, not when you buy a pack for an existing SIM.
