Two days ago I tried to make a pay as you go through the app, I was charged £15 from my bank account but I never received the benefits. I would like it done or refunded

Welcome to the community,

You would have to speak to customer service about this, we have no idea who you are and there is no account access.

Normally there is no refund on pay as you go, but as you never received the benefits, they should be able to look into this for you to see why this has happened.
