I placed a order yesterday paid the upfront payment and today i got a text saying order cancelled could someone tell me why and when will my refund be

I would like to know why and why they took payment if not going to send phone

I am sorry to hear you have been advised your order is now cancelled. 

Is your payment showing as pending? 

When a order is made online, the payment is usually pending until the order is accepted by the back office team.

@Johndowd , it can take up to 10 days, but probably less for the pending refund to be removed, as it usually is pending and not taken out, I would suggest you check your bank account, you should see it as pending.
