I ordered a Samsung watch about 5 days ago and I still haven't recieved any information about when it will be delivered. I have ordered with ee many times and it's never taken this long why is that?

Hi @Chelseymartin It's great news that you've ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch 7, It's a brilliant device.
I've just had a look at our stock page, and it looks like both colour variants are in stock.
I'd recommend giving us a call, so that a guide can take a look into your order and give you a specific update on your order.
To speak with a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other device.

Which model of Galaxy Watch is it you went for here, including the colour and size?
Like @Chris_B mentioned too, did you get a confirmation email with an order number?
Please don't post this in full, but if one did come through, did the reference start with XK, EE, or SO0?

Hi ordered the galaxy watch 7 in silver 44mm and my order number started with xk. It says it was dispatched over a week ago but still havent recieved it but the contract has started. What can I do please? thankyou.
